Monitor Project completeness
Use the Overview and Queue pages to monitor the completeness of the Project. From those pages you can see the number of Tasks in each stage of the Project.Monitor Project critical analytics
Use the Analytics > Tasks, Analytics > Labels, and Analytics > Issues pages to monitor critical Project metrics.Manage Individual Tasks
As a Team Manager, you can manage individual tasks directly from the Label Queue without opening the full task editor. Each task row in the queue has a three-dot (⋯) menu that gives you quick access to the following actions:- View — Open the task in the label editor in view-only mode.
- Assign — Assign the task to a specific project member. Available for annotation and review stages only.
- Release — Unassign the task from its current assignee. Only available for tasks that are currently assigned.
- Change priority — Open a modal to set a new priority value for the task.
- Move to stage — Move the task to a different workflow stage. A submenu lists the valid target stages available in the project.
The Assign, Release, Change priority, and Move to stage actions are only available to users with the Team Manager or Admin role. The View, Activity log, and API details actions are available to all users who can see the queue row.
The Assign action is not available for consensus-annotation rows. Assignment for those tasks is handled per-subtask by the workflow coordinator.
