Only Organization Admins have access to the Org Analytics page.
Your Organization’s settings can be accessed by navigating to My organisation > Settings.
The Overview section shows the following:
Metric | Description |

All org users | Total number of users associated with the Organization. Includes all member types and users added to Projects, Datasets, or Ontologies. |
Total tasks submitted | Total number of (annotation and review) tasks submitted across all Projects in your Organization during the selected time period. |
Total time spent | Total time spent in the Label Editor by all Org users during the selected time period. |
Total annotation time | Total active time spent annotating in the Label Editor by all Org users during the selected time period. |
Active users | Number of users who were active in the Label Editor during the selected time period. |
Instance labels created | Total number of instance labels created in your Organization during the selected time period. |
Total review time | Total active time spent reviewing in the Label Editor by all Org users during the selected time period. |
Avg. time spent per task | Average time spent per task on annotation and review in the Label Editor by all users during the selected time period. |
The Activity section shows the following:
Projects: Displays the total number of Projects in your Organization for the selected time period. A chart breaks down the status of all Projects by count and percentage.
Most Active Users: Highlights the top 5 users based on activity within the Label Editor during the selected time period, including the total active time for each user.
Most Active Projects: Highlights the top 5 Projects with the most activity in your Organization during the selected time period.
Time Spent: Visualizes daily activity across the selected time period. You can toggle between views: Total, By Stage, and By Project.
The Collaborator overview shows analytics for each Org member across all Projects in the selected time period.

User | The user’s email address. |
User role | The user’s role within the Organization. Can be Admin, Member, Workforce Manager, or Collaborator. |
Groups | A list of user groups the user is a member of. |
Projects active in | The number of Projects the user was active in during the selected time period. Does not include Projects where the user had no activity in the Label Editor. |
Submitted tasks | Number of tasks submitted by the user during the selected time period. |
Skipped tasks | Number of tasks the user skipped during the selected time period. |
Approved tasks | Number of reviews approved for tasks submitted by the user in an Annotate Stage during the selected time period. |
Rejected tasks | Number of reviews rejected for tasks submitted by the user in an Annotate Stage during the selected time period. |
Task rejection rate | Percentage of submitted tasks that received a rejection in review during the selected time period. |
Created labels | Number of labels created by the user in an annotation stage during the selected time period. |
Edited labels | Number of labels edited by the user in an Annotation stage, or during Edit Review in the selected time period. |
Deleted labels | Number of labels deleted by the user in the selected time period. |
Total time | Total time the user spent in the Label Editor (annotation or review) during the selected time period. |
Total annotation time | Total active time the user spent annotating in the Label Editor during the selected time period. |
Total review time | Total active time the user spent reviewing in the Label Editor during the selected time period. |
Avg time per task | Average time the user spent on each annotation or review task in the Label Editor during the selected time period. |
Last project activity | The most recent date the user was active in any Project. |
Joined date | The date the user was added to the Organization. |
The Project overview shows analytics all Projects in your Org in the selected time period.

Status | Current status of the Project. Can be Cancelled, Paused, Completed, Not Started, or In Progress. |
Progress | Percentage of task completion in the Project. |
Total files | Total number of files associated with the Project, based on the contents of the attached Datasets. |
Processed files | Number of files that have been processed in the Project. |
Submitted tasks | Total number of tasks submitted across all workflow stages in the Project during the selected time period. |
Approved tasks | Number of tasks approved in the review stage(s) of the Project during the selected time period. |
Rejected tasks | Number of tasks rejected in the review stage(s) of the Project during the selected time period. |
Task rejection rate | Percentage of submitted tasks rejected during review in an Annotate Stage of the Project, for the selected time period. |
Created labels | Number of labels created in the Project during annotation within the selected time period. |
Edited labels | Number of labels edited in the Project during in any Annotation stage, or during Edit Review in the selected time period. |
Approved labels | Number of labels approved during review in the Project within the selected time period. |
Rejected labels | Number of labels rejected during review in the Project within the selected time period. |
Total time | Total time spent in the Label Editor on this Project, including both annotation and review, during the selected time period. |
Total annotation time | Total active time spent annotating in the Project during the selected time period. |
Total review time | Total active time spent reviewing in the Project during the selected time period. |
Avg. time per task | Average time spent per task (annotation and review) in the Label Editor during the selected time period. |
Avg. time per label | Average annotation time per label, calculated as total annotation time divided by the number of labels created in an Annotate Stage, for the selected time period. |
Issue Tags Count | Total number of issue tags added in the Project during the selected time period. |
Avg. daily throughput | Average number of tasks submitted per day within the selected time period. |
Project owner | The user who created the Project. |
Tags | A list of Project tags associated with the Project. |
Groups | A list of user groups added to the Project. |
Active users | Number of users with recorded active time in the Label Editor for this Project during the selected time period. |
Created at | The date that the Project was created. |
You can subscribe to receive an overview of your Organization’s analytics by email. Org Analytics emails are sent to the same address you use to log in to Encord. Org Analytics emails are sent from insights@encord.com and are labeled with the subject insights

To start receiving Org analytics emails:
Click the Subscribe button in the top-right corner of the Org Analytics page.
Set the frequency to receive Org Analytics emails.
You can choose to receive notifications weekly or monthly.
If you select “End of the month,” emails are sent on the last day of each month, regardless of the date.

Click Share in the top-right corner of the Org Analytics page.
Click Share again to copy a link to the Org Analytics page to your clipboard.
